Return and Refund Policy:

 

• If you wish to make a return, please email contact@666999acc.com with “Return – [your order number]” in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.

• For any undamaged product, contact us within 14 days of the date you receive the product. After receiving instructions, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

• In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: all made-to-order and pre-order items, on-sale and discounted items, items in the art section, jewellery, accessories, bags and lingerie.

• You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.

• The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs cannot be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
